When you purchase a template from the Trailblazer Website Template, you will receive a downloadable PDF file with all the instructions, tutorials, and Showit Template code needed to get you started. Active Showit subscription is required and not included in the purchase or provided at any time by OXSAM LLC.
Once the templates is added to your Showit account, it is the user's responsibility to add their own content and edit the template. Any accidental changes made while editing is not the responsibility of OXSAM LLC.
Any questions regarding the use of templates should be directed to the Showit Help Center.

BY PURCHASING A BRAND FROM OXSAM, YOU AGREE THAT:
Each template brand kit purchase may be used for one project/business only (One purchase = One client). But you can reuse the templates as many times as you want to within the one project/business.
If you are using the template to build a design for a client, you are prohibited from claiming or promoting these designs as solely your own.
You may not resell the design or claim the design as your own.
You may not share the template, graphics, files or any design elements provided in your purchase with anyone else.
Any photography provided with the template is for demonstration purposes only and copyrighted to its original creator. We use a free stock photography websites, Pexels. You must replace these photographs with your own / source images yourself. We hold no liability for any image licensing / copyright issues that may occur through your unlawful use of the supplied images.
The design is copyrighted and Erin Hoover of OXSAM LLC owns the rights to all designs and files (excluding any photography and fonts) included in your purchase and design.
Your completed brand kit design may be used in our template showcase, blog posts or on our social media for demonstration and promotion purposes.

You hereby grant OXSAM LLC a royalty-free, non exclusive worldwide license to use its name, logo, trademark, and any and all of the Deliverables it creates as part of the Services in connection with any publicity or marketing on behalf of OXSAM LLC.
Miscellaneous Notes
You have lifetime access to the template upon purchase, but we can’t guarantee lifetime updates to the content. If the template has been retired/removed from the store, it will no longer be updated.

When you purchase a Brand Kit (Brand-in-a-Box), you will receive a downloadable PDF file with all the instructions and Canva template links needed to get you started. Each Canva file template link will be duplicated and added to your account with one single click.
Once the templates are added into your Canva account, it is no longer ours and is your responsibility to add your own content and edit the template. If you make any accidental changes to the template, we cannot come back and reverse them. If you have technical issues, please email us at hello@oxsamco.com.

In order to upload a custom font that isn't included in Canva, you will have to upgrade to the paid version of Canva, "Canva Pro".
