When you purchase a template from the Template Factory, you will receive a downloadable PDF file with all the instructions, tutorials, and Showit Template code needed to get you started. Active Showit subscription is required and not included in the purchase or provided at any time by OXSAM LLC.
Once the templates is added to your Showit account, it is the user's responsibility to add their own content and edit the template. Any accidental changes made while editing is not the responsibility of OXSAM LLC.
Any questions regarding the use of templates should be directed to the Showit Help Center.

Purchases from The Brand Shop are not eligible for a refund.
You can exchange the brand selected to another brand within The Brand Shop prior to your project start date, which is also the date of your Color Palette Jam Sesh.
To exchange for another the Brand Shop brand prior to your start date, please email hello@oxsamco.com.

BY PURCHASING A BRAND FROM THE BRAND SHOP, YOU AGREE THAT:
Each brand purchase may be used for one project/business only (One purchase = One brand).
If you are using the brand to build a design for a business you do not own/operate (i.e., for a client), you are prohibited from claiming or promoting these designs as your own and credit must be given to OXSAM LLC.
You may not resell the design or claim the design as your own.
You may not share the brand deliverables, files or any design elements provided in your purchase with anyone else for the intent of use outside of the brand customized for you.
Any stock photography provided with the brand is from pexels.com, and you should reference their licensing to ensure proper use. We hold no liability for any image licensing / copyright issues that may occur through your unlawful use of the supplied images.
Upon completion and full payment, you will own all deliverables.
None of the content that you provide to the OXSAM LLC, including your business name, will, to the best of your knowledge, infringe, misappropriate or violate any intellectual property or other rights of any third party. You hereby grant OXSAM LLC a royalty-free, non exclusive worldwide license to use its name, logo, trademark, and any and all of the Deliverables it creates as part of the Services in connection with any publicity or marketing on behalf of OXSAM LLC.

You have lifetime access to the template upon purchase, but we can’t guarantee lifetime updates to the content. If the template has been retired/removed from the store, it will no longer be updated.

When you purchase a brand from the the Brand Shop, you will be directed to book a Color Palette Jam Sesh. This meeting will indicate the start date of your project. If you reschedule your meeting, the start date of your project will also be rescheduled accordingly.
The project completion time is within 7 business days, which is dependent upon a 24 hour turnaround time in your response to any communication received by OXSAM LLC. You understand that any delay on your end will possibly extend the completion time.

- Three (3) Sticker Set Design
- Curated Stock Photos for your industry
- 30 Minute Color Palette Jam Sesh
- One (1) revision on your final design
The items listed above are displayed on the site in the sample brand, and the final delivery of items customized to your brand will be of the same design and will not deviate. If a different design is requested, additional fees will apply and be agreed upon between you and OXSAM LLC before being charged.
The single revision applies to the final design presented, and applies only to adjusting the color palette or layout/lockups of your logos and collateral. Any major design changes may incur additional fees that will be agreed upon between you and OXSAM LLC before being charged.
