THE LEAD UP: Discovery call + onboarding
We’ll hop on a quick call so that you can ask questions to us and, in turn, we can learn about you and your goals! Are you clear on what you’re offering, who you’re serving, and how your brand’s gonna be different? If you’re unsure, don’t sweat it; we’ll help iron out those details together in Part 1. Once you’re booked, we’ll get you onboarded the OXSAM way and jump start the party!
PART 1: Obsessing over you
Once we’ve officially signed on to work together, you’ll receive instructions for completing your Exploration Assignment. This includes a lot of information gathering that helps us understand you, your business, and your dreamiest goals. And we love all of it! Basically, we’ll become your biggest fans and forever advocates.
Inside Tip: I know this phase is exciting, and you might be tempted to rush through the Exploration Assignment… but resist! Slow down, and give these questions some real thought; trust us, it pays off.
PART 2: Strategic Brain-fire
A brand identity is only as good as the strategy behind it. We will have a 90-minute strategy sesh where together, we will dive deep into your exploration assignment. Using our signature process, we will define crucial aspects of your business, develop positioning, messaging, and visual direction to make you swoon-worthy.
We’ll then send you a handy digital strategy booklet that encompasses all the full deets of our meeting.
PART 3: Designing a Universe
Brands are more than a logo. We’ll take that strategy and bring it to life with logo suites, colors and fonts that reflect you. We craft you a wholistic, badass brand universe aimed to draw in your target audience and turn casual visitors into fanatics.
You’ll make decisions along the way as we hone it to perfection. While you’re often seeing the polished final versions of things, rest-assured: there’s a whole lot of behind-the-scenes magic.
PART 4: Launch Confetti!
It’s time to launch your brand to the public! We’ll give you the tools you need to communicate your value, grow fans, and launch your elevated brand. Toast to your new chapter!
